Requirements:

1. Thou shall follow PLDTPLAY Rules & Regulation
2. Thou shall have a Good Attitude(Respect ADMINS & Co-players)
3. Thou shall be a Skilled Player atleast 2kdr+(Every time you Play)
4. Thou shall be LOYAL (1 TAG POLICY)
